a major shift began to occur on my healing journey, especially when it comes to navigating my mental health in the realm of empowerment > disempowerment, when I began to recognize and validate myself by celebrating the small stuff, instead of leaving the job to others.
i mean, you don't have to wait until your birthday ya know to show yourself some appreciation and love, or for it to be okay to play with your imagination, manifestation, and magic.
grounding activity: blow out a candle and make a wish or say something your grateful for. make a random wish on a dandelion. i especially enjoy partaking in this activity when i have reached some sort of personal milestone.
