#23 First Cold Plunge (6/10/23)

Last Quarter Moon in Pisces - my spirit yearns for a deep cleansing. 

Had great convo at the beach on a totally Seattle grey day with my wonderful friend Beth today. 

A bald eagle and blue heron swept in to say hi. 

Took my first cold plunge...brrr....and cannot wait to give it another go sometime soon.

The nervous system shock felt like a car battery restart. 

Being one of the last spaces I shared physical presence with Mercedes, I could feel her spirit alive in the air. 

I could have this experience on repeat and feel happy. I am grateful for this day.
